About Me

Since May 2024, I serve as Engineering Manager / Head of at ICE Services GmbH in Berlin, leading five product teams and one platform team. We build innovative solutions using AWS and a modern microservices architecture. Previously, I led seven development teams with 44 employees at IONOS SE across Germany and Romania.

My journey in software engineering began in 2004, with experience spanning companies like T-Systems, Immobilien Scout 24, and Deutsche Post E-Post Development, where I helped transform monolithic systems into modern microservices platforms. Throughout my career, I've focused on Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps, and Agile Software Development.

I believe in a cooperative management style built on open and honest communication, helping teams deliver customer value through modern software engineering and product development practices. Beyond my professional work, I share my knowledge and experience as a lecturer, supporting the next generation of software engineers in higher education.
